  • We offer FREE Standard Shipping Australia Wide via Australia Post for all of our Leather & Hide Bags.

    International Shipping is unavailable via our website at this time. Please contact us if you wish to enquire ing about International Shipping. Note: Fees apply.

  • Once your order been processed, it will be handed on to the Postal Service. Please Note that JBM Leather is not responsible for the delivery service and any issues this may incur. You will be provided with an official Tracking Number for your parcel(s) once they begin delivery. All Parcels will require a ‘Signature on Delivery’. Estimated Postage Time may vary at the discretion of the Delivery Company.

    During the ordering process, you will need to make sure that you carefully read all aspects of correspondence about your order. If for any reason you believe details provided to be false or incorrect, please contact us immediately. Once Order has been delivered, Details can not be changed.

    If you wish to purchase Insurance on your package, this will be an additional cost.

    If you believe that your order has been lost during delivery, please contact us immediately.

  • JBM Leather only offers Returns on faulty items. (No change of mind refunds, returns or exchanges will be accepted).

    In the event that your item is faulty, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery. Products are to be returned in their original packaging or alternative packaging approved by JBM Leather. Items must be in un-used condition - if items have been used, please see our Warranty Policy. Return Postage is at the cost of the Customer. Once a product is returned to us, if approved in the ‘faulty items’ inspection process, we will repair the item and send it back to you.

    In the event that an item is un-repairable, we will contact you with further information.

    Please note that any items that are on Clearance, cannot be returned under our Faulty Items Return Policy.

    If you wish to change your order after purchase, please contact us immediately. We can only amend your order before it gets to the dispatch stage; (or for custom orders, before it gets to the production stage). For any order changes after this time, please see our Returns Policy.

    We do not offer a returns policy on any of our custom made products. Once you have paid for your product, we are unable to amend, refund or cancel your order. By paying for your product(s), you hereby accept all of our Terms & Conditions

  • JBM Leather offers a 1 year Manufacturers Warranty on all products. For more information, please refer to our Leather & Hide - Terms & Conditions.

  • We understand that sometimes accidents happen and something may get spilled on your product.

    In most cases, a soft clean cloth will remove most spills on leather. In the event that you have spilled something on the Hair on Hide Product, we recommend using a damp (wrung out) soft cloth to gently wipe in the direction that the hair lays on your product.

    Please do not wet your leather or hide products as they may cause permanent damage and staining.

    Do NOT Rub or Scrub your product while cleaning. ONLY use light gentle motions that follow the grain of the product to ensure that you do not cause damage.

    Please Note: JBM Leather does NOT recommend that you use any other cleaning techniques or solutions on your product, as it can damage the integrity of your material. If you do use any other cleaning techniques or solutions, you must do so at your own risk.

    Over time, the hair on your hide products may become shorter or fall out due to repeated contact. This is a natural occurrence of your hide product and should not be considered an imperfection.

    We do not recommend exposing your leather or hide products to extreme weather conditions, including intense heat, sunlight, or rain as this may cause permanent damage to your product
